A New Direction of Learning Science of Kalam in State Islamic University

چکیده

This article aims to explain the development of learning kalam science, which has become one mandatory subjects for all study programs at State Islamic Religious Universities (PTKIN). To understand new direction science learning, this research focuses on several formulations, such as trajectory orientation, and inclusiveness PTKIN. uses qualitative with a case approach. Data sources consist lecturers students involved in natural sciences. Observation, interviews documentation were carried out data collection. analysis stages categorization, interpretation presentation. The findings that sciences PTKIN shifted from IAIN era, was ideological-subjective, UIN period, more ideological-objective. Meanwhile, orientation also changed being focused preaching scientific development. demonstrated inclusive characterized by accepting differences finding common ground reason among students. confirms attitude positively impacted creating harmonious society amidst disagreements.
